    Hey shit for brains. If you wanted to write for the Jim Rome show you probably should’ve considered not whoring youself out to Deadspin and letting the whole entire wannabe sportswriter blog world you live in know there was an opening to apply for. Dumbass. Thanks for ruining it for legitimate journalists who have degrees…and apparently brains. What can you expect from someone whose mommy has to find readers for him.

    I applied on a larf. What would I rather do: not send the link to Deadspin and apply to something I would most certainly not get, or send the link to Deadspin and increase my traffic so people can enjoy my writing (Hopefully)? I went with the latter.

    If you’re a “legitimate journalist” with a degree and you’re waiting for a craigslist posting to further your career, I feel sorry for you.

    let’s here more from this chris fellow…i like the cut of his jib…he sounds like a guy who spent 160k on a degree and makes 28k a year at a newspaper that will probably be out of business in the coming year…he can probably correct my grammar real good!     Nice call on the Seattle Mariners outlook. And what in the hell do you mean by if we were a east coast team we would lose 130 games? We’re in one of the best divisions in MLB this season by statistics.
    Need to know about baseball before you make predictions like that buddy!

    The AL East also has two 50 win teams at the break and the defending American League champions. Remember, Texas and Seattle really has shown a penchant for fizzling down the stretch over the past ten years.
